If you home is a hot box when you get home or you would rather spend your time down stairs, on the atic or in the park on a summer day then you will benefit from insulation. A simple test is to stand on a chair and touch the ceiling in each room and you will find out where your heat is coming from. A good insulation will stop 100% of the heat coming through in summer or escaping during winter so that your home really will be a comfort zone.
While most insulations on the market do stop the heat and cold it is more important what else they do, eg; banana leaves or lawn clippings in your roof would stop the heat as good as any insulation but it would smell and be a fire hazard, health hazard and would encourage bugs to live in your root cavity.

Just a quick note to let you know how happy I am with both the product and service you have provided. Since my home was insulated in August. I have noticed a significant difference in the internal temperature and consequent comfort of my home.
